Visits and regular appointments

Visits: several services at once

Clients can book two to four services in one visit, done back to back. On the calendar each part shows Part of a visit with other services. Moving or cancelling the visit moves or cancels every part together, with the same people.

Regular appointments

Turn on Clients can book this as a regular appointment on a service's page (Booking options). Clients then pick how often (every 1 to 12 weeks) and how many visits. Every date is checked before booking, and each visit is priced at today's rate.

Clients can move or cancel any one visit on its own, or cancel this and all later visits. Regular appointments are part of Solo and Studio.

Reminding clients to come back

Set Clients usually come back on a service (for example every 21 days for lash fills). BeautyReso shows clients Time to rebook at the right time, and suggests that gap for regular appointments.
