Group bookings

Turning it on

In Settings → Booking rules → Group bookings, turn on Clients can book for a group and set the Largest group. Your page must be live, and you need services on your menu.

Booking a group yourself

Choose Book a group:

1. The organiser: a client with a BeautyReso account who has booked with you.
2. Name your group (for example "Amara's wedding party").
3. Add each guest: a name and an email, so they can claim their spot, plus the service for each person.
4. Pick the time: a start time, or "Everyone ready by" a time, and BeautyReso works backwards.

When it's booked, everyone is emailed an invite to claim their spot.

Paying

If you take deposits, the organiser pays the deposit to keep the times. For the rest, either the organiser pays, or each person pays their own share after claiming their spot. The organiser can pay for anyone who hasn't.

If something goes wrong

• "Every guest needs a name and an email", or "Each guest needs their own email address": fill in each guest.
• "Publish your page first": group times follow your online booking, so go live first.
