Travelling to clients

Offering at-home and on-location appointments with a travel fee.

In Settings → Booking rules → Going to clients, turn on We travel to clients, then set:

Travel fee ($): added once per booking.
Trip each way: the travel time, blocked in your calendar before and after.
How far (km) you'll go.

Clients then choose Come to me when booking and give their address. The appointment shows At [address] instead of at the salon, and the trip there and back is blocked so nothing is booked over it.

If you turn it off, clients see "This business doesn't travel to clients any more" and are asked to choose a time at the salon.
