Gift cards

Gift cards never expire and have no fees. Find them under Gift cards in the dashboard.

Selling at the desk

Sell a gift card: choose an amount ($1 to $10,000), how they paid (cash, e-Transfer or other, such as your card machine), and optionally who bought it, who it's for, their email and a message. Email it right away or that morning, or write the code on a card.

Selling online

Once card payments are on (Settings → Money), clients can buy gift cards on your page ($5 to $1,000 online) and pay by card. Share the link shown under Sell online. The gift card is emailed once it's paid.

Taking one as payment

At checkout, choose Gift card and enter the code. Any amount left on the card stays for next time.

Checking and fixing

• Check a balance: enter the code.
• Email again: resend it to the recipient.
• Void a card with a reason, for example if it was sold by mistake. A voided card can't be used.

Every gift card has its own page with its balance and a QR code. Sales shows gift cards sold, spent and still out.
