Signing up

Choose I want to book or I'm a pro, then sign up with your email and a password, or Continue with Google. Passwords need at least 8 characters, with letters and numbers. With email sign-up, confirm your email using the link we send before you log in.

Logging in

Use Log in with your email and password, or Google.

• "That email and password don't match": check them, or reset your password.
• "Please confirm your email first": find our email (check spam) and tap the link.
• "That sign-in link has expired or was already used": log in again, or sign up again.

Your profile

Edit profile to change your name, photo and a short bio. A clear photo of your face helps pros and friends recognise you.

Notifications

Likes, comments, new followers, bookings and credit requests show under Notifications.

Becoming a pro

Started as a client? Choose Offer your services from the account menu to set up your business.

Closing your account

To delete your account, email tito@beautyreso.ca from the email on your account. We delete or anonymize your information, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records. Pros: close or hand over your business first, since clients may have upcoming appointments.
