Services and your menu

Services is your menu, in the sections and order clients see when they book.

Sections

Group services into sections, like Colour or Braids: Add section, rename, delete, and drag sections or services to reorder them (or use the arrows). Services without a section show under Other services.

Adding or editing a service

New service asks for:

• Name and Section of your menu.
• Type, for search: where clients find it (Hair, Nails…).
• Price (CA$) and Takes about (how long).
• Who performs it?: tick everyone who does it. Clients can only book people who are ticked. See Prices by level, person and option.
• Add-ons for this service: extras clients can pick. See Add-ons.
• Rooms and equipment it needs. See Processing time, rooms and equipment.
• Booking options: when clients usually come back, and whether it can be a regular appointment.
• Before you come: a note shown before booking and on the client's appointment (for example "Come with hair washed and detangled").
• Questions clients answer when booking (up to 5). Questions are part of Solo and Studio.
• Forms and age: see Forms, consent and age checks.
• Show this service to clients: untick to hide it ("Hidden from clients") without deleting it.

Delete service removes it from your menu; existing bookings keep their details.

On the Free plan

Free includes up to 10 services. Services over the limit after a free month show Paused on Free · back when you start Pro.

If something goes wrong

• "Choose at least one person who performs this service": tick someone under Who performs it?.
• "Enter a price, like 85 or 85.50" or "Choose how long it takes": fill in the price and time.
• "The menu changed. Refresh and try again.": someone else changed the menu at the same time.
