Processing time

Some services have a wait in the middle, like colour developing or sitting under the dryer. On the service's page, turn on Processing time: the client waits partway through, and set when it Starts after and how long it lasts. During that gap you can take another client, and the calendar shows it as free for other clients.

Rooms and equipment

If you only have so many of something, like treatment rooms or pedicure chairs, add them in Settings → Rooms & equipment with How many you have (per location, if you have more than one).

Then on each service that needs one, tick it under Rooms and equipment. Clients can only book when one of each is free, so two clients never get the same chair.

If something goes wrong

• "Processing time has to start and finish before the service ends": shorten the gap or lengthen the service.
• "Each count is a number from 0 to 50.": check how many you entered.
