Reviews

Only clients who completed a booking can leave a review, so every review is from a real appointment. After you mark an appointment done, the client can review it with a star rating and a few words.

Replying

On Reviews, choose Your reply under a review: thank them, or respond to their feedback. Your reply is public. You can Edit reply later.

Replying needs the Reply to reviews permission (see Your team and roles).

What you can't change

Businesses can reply to a review but can't edit or remove it. If a review breaks the rules (harassment, a fake review, or not about a real appointment), report it from the ⋯ menu and the BeautyReso team will look at it.

Your rating shows on your page and in search, and each person at a store has their own rating from their appointments.
