Posting looks

Looks are your work in the feed. Link a look to a service and clients can book it straight from the photo.

Posting a look

On Looks, choose Post a look:

• Choose a photo (JPG, PNG or WebP). It's resized on your device before upload, which also removes hidden details like location.
• Caption, for example "Mid-back knotless, done in 5 hours."
• Make it bookable: pick the service. The look then shows a Book button with that service already chosen.
• Credit others (optional): @handles of people who worked on it. They're asked to approve before their name appears.
• Category: where it shows in the feed.

Snap this look

After a client checks in (or you mark the appointment done), your Overview shows Snap this look for that appointment. Tap Add photo, tick that the client is happy for you to share the photo, and post. It's linked to that service automatically. You can also tag the client, who approves before their name shows. Skip hides the prompt.

Managing looks

Your posted looks are listed on the Looks page. Delete a look you posted with Delete this look (this can't be undone).

Under each look, More to explore shows your other looks, then similar looks from other pros.

If something goes wrong

• "Check that your client is happy for you to share the photo.": tick the consent box.
• "You can post this look once your client has checked in.": check them in first.
• "That photo couldn't be read. Please try another.": use a JPG, PNG or WebP photo.
