Your team and roles

A team is part of Studio: 3 people taking bookings are included, then $12 a month each. Inviting someone turns an independent page into a store with a team.

Inviting someone

On Team, choose Invite someone, pick their role and the title shown to clients (for example Braider or Colourist), and Create invite link. Send them the link. Invite links work once and last 14 days. They accept with their own BeautyReso account.

Roles

• Owner: can do everything.
• Manager: runs the day-to-day (menu, team, everyone's calendar), but not business settings.
• Front desk: books and manages everyone's appointments.
• Stylist: their own calendar and clients.
• Apprentice: learning; their own calendar only.

Changing what roles can do

What each role can do has a switch for each permission and role: seeing everyone's appointments, managing appointments, editing the menu, managing the team, editing hours, replying to reviews, business settings, the activity log and sales. Only the owner can change these, and changes apply straight away.

Each person's services

Choose which services each person does with Choose services. Someone with no services can't be booked.

Removing someone

Remove them from your team? Their existing appointments stay on your calendar. The owner can't be removed.
