Plans and billing

The plans

• Free, for as long as you like: your booking page and unlimited bookings, the calendar, client list and email reminders, for one person, one location and up to 10 services.
• Solo, $29 a month + HST: everything, for an independent pro. That includes unlimited services; card payments, deposits, no-show fees and tips; client notes, allergies and colour formulas; repeat bookings, a waitlist and questions before booking; and calendar sync and sales reports.
• Studio, $59 a month + HST: everything in Solo for your whole team. 3 people taking bookings are included, then $12 a month for each extra person, and anyone after 10 is free.
• More locations: $39 a month for each one after the first.
• Founding members keep a lower price for life (Solo $19, Studio $39) while founding spots last.

Adding a second person who takes bookings moves you from Solo to Studio.

Your free month

Solo and Studio start with 30 days free, no card needed. Add a card any time to keep your plan after the free month; you aren't charged until it ends.

When a free month ends without a card

You move to Free, and anything over Free's limits is paused, not deleted: extra services, extra people and extra locations. Choose what stays on in Settings → Your BeautyReso plan → Choose what stays on Free. Paused services show "Paused on Free · back when you start Pro".

Managing billing

Settings → Your BeautyReso plan → Manage billing opens Stripe's billing page, where you change your card, download invoices or cancel. If a payment fails, a red banner on your Overview asks you to update your card.
