Going live
What you need before clients can find and book you, and how to take your page offline.
Your page is private until you go live. Once it's live, clients can find you in search and the feed, and book you.
Before you can go live
- At least one service with who performs it: on the Services page, each service needs a person ticked under "Who performs it?".
- Working hours: set them on the Hours page.
The Get ready to take bookings checklist on your Overview shows what's left: add a service, set your working hours, post your first look, and go live.
How to go live
Open Settings → Business profile and turn your page on. The top of that page says Your page is live or Your page is not live yet.
Taking your page offline
In the same place, choose Take my page offline. Clients can no longer find or book you, and existing appointments stay on your calendar.
If something goes wrong
- "Add at least one service and who performs it before going live": open a service and tick who does it.
- "Set your working hours before going live": add your hours on the Hours page.
