Paying, deposits and refunds

Each business chooses when you pay, and you see it before you confirm:

• You'll pay at your appointment.
• A deposit is paid by card when you book, and the rest at your appointment.
• The full price by card when you book.
• You'll save a card when you book and pay at your appointment. The card is only charged under the cancellation policy.

When you pay online while booking, your time is held for a few minutes. The booking is confirmed, and your confirmation email sent, once the payment goes through.

Paying the rest

Pay at the appointment, or use a pay link the business sends you. You can also pay with a gift card at checkout.

Receipts

Businesses that take cards can email you a receipt.

Card safety

Card payments are handled by Stripe or Square. BeautyReso never sees or stores your full card number.

Refunds

Refunds are decided by the business, under its own policy and the law. If you need one, message the business first. If you can't reach them, contact BeautyReso and we'll help you get in touch.
