Booking an appointment

Finding a pro, choosing a service, time and person, and what happens after you book.

Finding someone

  • The feed: tap a look you love, then Book this look to book that exact service.
  • Explore: search for things like "gel nails Friday" or "beauty stores in Toronto", and use Filters for type, day, price and more.
  • A pro's link: from their Instagram bio, Google listing or a QR code.

Booking

You need a free account to book; you'll be asked to log in or sign up.

  1. Choose a service, plus any option (like hair length) and add-ons.
  2. Who would you like?: a person, or Earliest available.
  3. Pick a day and time. Times are shown in the business's timezone.
  4. Answer any questions from the pro, and add Anything else they should know? (the look you're going for, allergies, accessibility needs).
  5. Check what you'll pay now and later, and the cancellation policy, then Confirm booking.

Some businesses approve each booking themselves: then you'll see Send booking request, and you're told when they accept.

Other ways to book

  • Several services in one visit: choose Add another service (2 to 4, done back to back).
  • A regular appointment: if offered, choose Make it a regular appointment?, then how often and how many visits.
  • No time that works? Tap Tell me if a time opens up on this day to join the waitlist.
  • Come to me: some pros travel to you, for a fee.

After you book

You get a confirmation email, and the booking shows on your Bookings page with directions, Before you come notes, and any forms to fill in. See Managing your bookings.

If something goes wrong

  • "Someone just booked one of those times.": pick another time.
  • "You're under the minimum age for this service.": this service has an age limit; some allow a parent or guardian's consent.
