Reminders and emails

Settings → Reminders & alerts controls what's sent, and how.

To clients

• Booked, confirmed or cancelled.
• Reminder 2 days before and Reminder 2 hours before.
• Asked to move, or moved.
• Balance due soon.
• Time to rebook.

To your team

• New booking or change.
• Client checked in.

Turn each one on or off. Emails come from BeautyReso with your business name, and clients can reply to reach you.

Text messages

Texts are coming soon: reminders by text, where clients can reply C to confirm. Plans will include 100 texts a month. Until then, everything goes by email and in-app notifications.

Not getting emails?

Check the spam or junk folder, and that the client's email is right on their record.
