Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is part of Solo and Studio. Each person connects their own.

What it does

• Your appointments go into your own Google Calendar as they're booked, moved or cancelled.
• Times you're busy in Google can't be booked online. They show on your BeautyReso calendar as "Busy in Google Calendar: clients can't book online then".
• We only see when you're busy, never what the event is.

Connecting

Integrations → Google Calendar → Connect Google Calendar, then sign in to Google and allow calendar access on Google's screen. It then shows Connected as [your Google email].

Disconnecting

Choose disconnect on the same card. Appointments already added to Google stay there.

If something goes wrong

• "You didn't allow access, so nothing changed.": connect again and allow access.
• "Google Calendar access wasn't ticked on Google's screen.": on Google's screen, tick the calendar box, then continue.
