Your calendar link (Apple, Google, Outlook)

Your calendar link puts your appointments in Apple, Google, Outlook or any other calendar app, updated automatically. It's read-only: changes are made in BeautyReso. Each person gets their own private link. It's part of Solo and Studio.

Setting it up

1. Integrations → Apple, Google, Outlook & others → Get my calendar link.
2. Copy link.
3. In your calendar app, add a calendar from a link (sometimes called "subscribe" or "from URL") and paste it.

Calendar apps refresh linked calendars on their own schedule, so a new booking can take a little while to appear, sometimes several hours in Google Calendar.

Keep it private

Anyone with the link can see your appointments. If you shared it by mistake, choose Make a new link. The old one stops working, so add the new one to your calendar app again.

For instant updates and blocking busy times, use Google Calendar instead.
