Your clients

Clients lists everyone who's booked with you, plus walk-in and phone clients you've added. Stylists see only the clients they've seen.

Finding someone

Search by name, phone or email. Quick filters include Not back in 90 days and Missed appointments. Up to 300 show at once; search to narrow it down.

A client's record

• Details and notes: phone, email, birthday, preferred stylist, tags (like VIP or sensitive scalp), allergies (shown in red at the top) and private notes. Only your team sees notes, never the client.
• Colour formulas: save each formula after every visit so it can be repeated exactly. You can link one to the visit it was used on.
• Their looks, signed forms, and visits (last and next).

Notes, allergies, tags and colour formulas are part of Solo and Studio.

Adding a client

Add a client for someone who books by phone or walks in. Just a name is enough. If they later sign up with the same email, their records link up.

Merging duplicates

If someone appears twice, open the record you want to keep and use Merge a duplicate. This can't be undone. Two BeautyReso accounts can't be merged, because they're different people.
